Designed for the safe inflation of tyres. Working with tyres, particularly truck and machinery tyres, is dangerous because of their bulk, weight, pressurised air or gas and presence of combustible material. The uncontrolled release of stored energy can have serious, even fatal consequences. When a tyre bursts or assemblies release, they can be propelled long distance at great speed. This 5-bar heavy duty enclosure is constructed to provide protection against the risk of injury to workers and damage to plant and structures caused by a tyre blast.
FEATURES:
• Provides protection for personnel when inflating tyres
• Prevents risk of injury and damage caused by tyre blast
• Suits tyres sizes up to 1150mm diameter by 400mm wide
• Heavy duty construction designed to withstand impact and force
• Locating guides on base hold wheel in position
• Five 60mm tube bars with reduced spacing in impact zone for strength
• Finite Element Analysis confirms design is engineered to withstand the most severe blast
• Designed and certified to relevant Australian standards
• Enamel paint finish
